Hi-Life Restaurant, Ballard, North Seattle

I love to sit at the counter facing the pizza oven, especially on a cold day. They let me sit there as long as I want, sketching, reading or grading papers. I'm surprised that the counter isn't more popular, but there's almost always room. You can watch them make all the pizzas from scratch, and the waitstaff are friendly and laid back.
